Waitlist sign-ups

When you join the waitlist, we store your email address and we use it for exactly one thing: sending you one email when we launch. We never share it, sell it, or use it for anything else.

Lawful basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us; we will delete your address.

Contact requests

If you email us, we process your address and the content of your message to handle your request. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting and analytics

This site is hosted by Vercel. When you visit, technical connection data (such as your IP address, browser type, and time of request) is processed in server logs to operate the site securely and reliably. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand overall traffic and page performance. Both are cookieless and report aggregated, anonymized metrics; they do not identify or track individual visitors.

Who processes data for us

• Resend delivers our verification and launch emails.
• Turso hosts the database that stores the waitlist.
• Vercel hosts this website and provides the analytics described above.

Some of these providers process data in the United States. Such transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by EU standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

Waitlist email addresses are kept until we send the launch email or you withdraw consent, whichever comes first, and are then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, and portability of your personal data, the right to restrict or object to its processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 15 to 21, Art. 7(3) GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, Austria, dsb@dsb.gv.at, or with the supervisory authority at your place of residence.
